GETTING STARTED

Your first Haggles collaboration, step by step

Brands create an offer, creators apply, and an accepted collaboration moves into Messages and Exchange. Both sides agree the work before the product is sent or the visit happens. Here is how to get from a new account to submitted content.

Before you start

Haggles currently serves Lebanon and works in your phone or computer browser. No app download is needed. Choose the correct account type: Brand for the business offering a product or experience, or Creator for the person making content.

Create your account and verify your email. Guided setup then collects the details needed for your role, including WhatsApp number verification. Current verification availability is limited to Lebanese numbers. Your profile remains private until the Haggles team approves it. Registration does not guarantee approval or a collaboration.

You can save setup and return. AI-assisted setup wording is editable, and you can disable AI features in Account → Privacy & safety.

For brands: prepare and publish your first offer

Add your business details, logo, cover photo and a social profile you manage. A public Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Page or YouTube channel can be submitted for team review; submitting a link does not automatically verify the account. The team checks the business and its social profile before approval.

Describe what you offer and what the creator should make. Include examples where helpful and agree timing, costs and content rights. Your first deal is saved as a draft. After approval, add the required deal photos, check the details and publish.

Every brand starts with Free: one brand, one open deal at a time including drafts, and the first three distinct applicants per deal. The team may grant temporary Reach access during the current beta. Check Pricing for current availability before planning a larger campaign.

For creators: finish your profile and apply

Add an introduction, photo, relevant topics and your social profile information. Connected account options depend on platform access; a manual social-profile review route is available. The Haggles team reviews your profile before you can apply.

Once approved, browse available deals and read the offer, content brief, dates and eligibility. Follower requirements are set by the deal. Having a Haggles account does not make you eligible for every offer.

Choose Apply, explain why your content fits the brief, provide any requested date and review the agreement. The brand decides whether to accept. You can follow the application in Activity while exploring other available deals.

After acceptance: arrange the exchange

An accepted application opens a collaboration in Messages. Use the conversation to agree practical details and the Exchange tab to follow the next action. Keep the product, visit and content arrangements consistent with the saved agreement.

  1. The brand confirms Product sent or Visit arranged.
  2. After it actually happens, the creator confirms Product received or Visit completed.
  3. That confirmation starts the content deadline and opens content submission.

Submit, review and complete

The creator adds the files or links required by the agreement in Exchange. Save draft keeps the work private; Submit for review sends it to the brand. Keep linked content available for review.

The brand checks the submitted work. Where revisions are included and available on the plan, the brand can request changes within the agreed brief. When the agreed work is delivered, the brand chooses Approve & complete. Completed collaborations preserve the history.

Manage email updates in Account → Notifications for applications, messages, content review and reminders. You can also follow updates in the website’s notification inbox. If something goes wrong, use Help & support or the public contact page to reach the Haggles team.

Put a clear brief into practice.

Haggles brings the offer, applications, messages and content review together. Currently available in Lebanon. Setup, verification and approval are required.
