Essential session cookies

• gather_session: keeps an account signed in. Owner sessions last up to eight hours; customer sessions, when available, last up to seven days. The historical cookie name does not refer to a different service. The cookie is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS.
• haggles_request: provides access to a verified support-request conversation for up to eight hours. It has the same protective cookie settings.

Signing out ends the corresponding session. Email links are not cookies; their secret values must be kept private.

Workspace preference

A sidebar preference cookie remembers the navigation appearance in the customer workspace. It is not used to follow you across websites. Browser controls can delete stored cookies, although deleting essential cookies signs you out.

Optional search and referral measurement

The first-party haggles_acquisition cookie remembers your separate search and referral measurement choice for up to seven days. It contains a random token when you allow measurement, or a declined value when you refuse. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. Accepting account terms or a TikTok measurement choice does not enable it.

With permission, Haggles records a broad source category and known provider where available, a fixed public landing-page category and consent time. A new account created in the seven-day window can be linked so our private report counts account creation, email verification, completed setup and team approval. We do not record search queries, full referrer URLs, what you type, ad click identifiers, IP addresses or device fingerprints in these records. Nothing is sent to advertising platforms by this feature.

Records are removed after 90 days during housekeeping. You can use Haggles without measurement. Withdrawing through the search and referral choice below removes this browser’s linked records; account deletion removes linked registration records. Browser privacy signals disable measurement. Missing or suppressed referrals remain unknown rather than being counted as proven AI referrals.

Aggregate website and business statistics

We count requests for a fixed set of public pages to understand overall website use. These server counters store only the UTC date, a public page category and a total. They do not set a visitor cookie or store IP addresses, browser details, full URLs, query strings, referrers, account identifiers or a record of individual requests. We do not join these counters to accounts or share them with advertising platforms. Counts can include repeat requests and automated traffic; they are not a count of people or an individual browsing journey.

Counting skips requests with Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track and requests carrying a saved refusal for campaign, search or TikTok measurement. It also skips signed-in browser sessions and administrative pages. Daily totals are kept for up to 90 days and removed during report or counter maintenance. Since a total contains no visitor identifier, we cannot identify or remove an individual contribution after it is added.

Our owner dashboard separately summarizes existing account and collaboration records to operate Haggles. It may display aggregate reports obtained from TikTok Ads Manager, labelled with their source and dates. An ad view or click is not proof of account creation or a completed collaboration. Optional account-linked journey tracking and sharing registration events with TikTok remain separate choices.

Optional first-party campaign measurement

On the TikTok brand campaign page, the optional haggles_campaign cookie connects that campaign to signup for seven days, only after you allow measurement. Its value is a random identifier; it is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. A declined value remembers a refusal for seven days without creating a campaign visit record. The choice is separate from accepting account terms.

We count consenting campaign visits, registration-button clicks and new brand accounts saved. The updated choice also allows fixed milestones for 10 seconds of visible-page time, reaching the landing page halfway point, viewing setup steps, opening a question, opening signup, choosing a signup method, attempting submission and encountering broad form or request errors. Earlier consent does not allow these expanded milestones until you accept the updated choice. We never collect what you type, error-message text or a recording of your session. A button click, submission attempt or finished setup is not a completed-registration event. These first-party campaign records do not collect raw URLs, query strings, advertising click IDs or contact details, and this choice does not send data to TikTok. Campaign records are removed during housekeeping after 90 days. Withdrawing deletes records associated with this browser’s current cookie. Account deletion also removes its linked registration event. Browser privacy signals disable measurement.

You can register without measurement and change your choice below or through the campaign measurement link in the landing-page footer. External links and the email provider may operate under their own policies.

Optional TikTok advertising measurement

Where enabled, the separate haggles_tiktok_ads cookie remembers your TikTok advertising choice for up to seven days. It contains a random token, or a declined value when you refuse; it is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. Allowing first-party measurement does not allow TikTok measurement, and declining either does not block registration.

Only after TikTok permission do we save the ad click identifier from a TikTok campaign link. Before then it stays temporarily in memory and is removed from the visible URL. With valid permission and an ad click identifier, our server can share a new brand-registration event with TikTok: the ad click identifier, a random event identifier, time and a page URL without query parameters. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, Haggles account identifiers, IP addresses or browser details are included. No TikTok script or pixel runs in your browser.

Haggles removes these consent, click and delivery records within seven days during housekeeping. Withdrawing removes this browser’s consent and pending or receipt records; it cannot recall events already sent to TikTok. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable measurement.
