The service and its operator
Haggles is operated by COLLAB FOR INFLUENCE MARKETING AND MEDIA, a registered business in Lebanon. Haggles is not a separately registered company. Contact care@collabhunts.com or use Contact & requests.
These terms cover the public website and invitation-only application. Public registration and paid subscriptions remain closed. Private testers must use sample offers and content; no payment is required for private testing.
Your exchange is with the other participant
Haggles provides tools for brands and creators to find each other and manage exchanges. The brand and creator are responsible for agreeing and fulfilling their own collaboration. Haggles is not a party to that exchange merely because it provides these tools.
Creator approval, profile information, ratings and platform access do not guarantee identity, suitability, content quality, audience results, punctuality or performance. We do not guarantee that a creator will deliver satisfactory content or complete the agreed work after receiving goods or services, or that a brand will provide the promised benefit. Review the other participant and record the agreed deliverables before proceeding.
Eligibility and honest information
You must be at least 16 to create a creator profile and have the legal capacity and any authorization required where you live to make the intended exchange. The age check alone does not establish contractual eligibility. Brand users must be authorized to act for the business they represent.
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use only material you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your audience, submit unlawful material, send spam, exploit the service or attempt unauthorized access.
What brands and creators agree to
Before proceeding, record the exact goods or services, quantities and value, delivery or visit arrangements, expenses, content format and quantity, deadline, posting requirements and permitted revisions. Save later changes in writing. Neither participant is obliged to provide unagreed extra work or benefits.
Brands must accurately describe and supply the promised goods or services. Creators must honestly describe their capabilities and deliver the agreed content by the agreed deadline. Neither side may deliberately obtain goods, services or content through misleading promises.
If circumstances prevent performance, tell the other participant promptly and agree in writing on a revised deadline, permitted revision, cancellation or return arrangement. Do not assume that receiving a benefit removes your delivery obligations.
Submissions, revisions and completion
A revision request should identify how the submission differs from the agreed brief. Additional work beyond that brief requires mutual agreement. Submitted files, links and revision feedback remain in the collaboration history; a later revision does not replace the earlier record. A saved link records its address, not an immutable copy of the external page.
The brand should review all deliverables before selecting Approve & complete. This records approval and closes the collaboration in one step. Messaging then becomes read-only for both participants. Completion does not erase an existing legal obligation or prevent a support request or lawful remedy.
Plans during private testing
Free includes published deals, the first three distinct creator applicants per deal, content approval and support tickets. Creator slots are not recycled when an application is declined or completed. Repeat applications by the same creator use the same slot. Additional pending applicants remain hidden until a suitable paid plan is active.
Reach adds all applicant profiles, formal revisions within the agreed brief and in-app human support. Accelerate adds an assigned WhatsApp success contact and collaboration insights. Revisions remain limited to the agreed brief; a subscription does not create a right to unlimited extra work. A downgrade preserves accepted collaboration history and revision access already agreed.
Real purchases remain disabled in private testing. Planned prices are USD 49 monthly for Reach and USD 99 monthly for Accelerate, with 20% off a prepaid three-month period or 30% off a prepaid year. Tax, localized store prices, renewal and cancellation terms must be shown before a purchase. No guaranteed response time, social result or sales return is promised.
Content ownership and advertising
Providing goods or services does not itself transfer copyright or grant unlimited use of content. Record any agreed licence, including channels, duration, territories, edits, attribution and paid advertising. Rights to a person’s likeness, their social account or advertising through it must be agreed separately where relevant.
Both sides must hold the necessary rights and follow applicable advertising rules. Disclose gifted goods, services and other material connections where required. Do not require misleading claims or undisclosed endorsements.
Ratings and community safety
Each participant may optionally rate a completed collaboration once. Ratings must reflect a genuine experience. Do not fabricate ratings, reveal private information, threaten another participant or offer benefits for a particular score. An honest critical rating is not a rule violation merely because it is unfavorable.
Ratings are visible only to their author and authorized support until both participants submit. Then both participants can see both ratings. They are not public profile ratings in this version. Contact support to request a correction or report a concern.
Do not share threats, harassment, hateful or sexual content, scams, illegal goods, material exploiting children or content that infringes another person’s rights. Blocking and reporting remain available. We may review relevant records, restrict accounts or remove unlawful or rule-breaking content, while respecting applicable rights.
Problems, disputes and the limits of our role
Report non-delivery, unsafe behavior or a disagreement through Contact & requests. We may review relevant records and enforce platform rules, but we do not provide escrow, insurance, a performance bond, guaranteed compensation or binding dispute resolution.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Haggles does not assume responsibility for another participant’s acts, omissions or breach of their exchange agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for our own conduct where the law does not permit exclusion, or limits mandatory consumer, data-protection or other rights.
Privacy, service availability and changes
The Privacy notice explains how account, collaboration, rating and help records are used, who can see them and how to request access, correction or deletion. Acknowledging that notice does not waive your rights or grant blanket marketing consent.
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable during testing. No page promises income, sales, followers or acceptance. Fees and commercial availability will be disclosed before any purchase. Global availability is not a promise that every location, category or person is eligible.
Material changes are identified in the app. Existing users must affirmatively accept the current version before making new collaboration commitments. Updated terms do not retroactively rewrite an already agreed exchange. Previous accepted versions remain available for reference.
