These public-preview terms explain the current website and the expectations we are preparing for Haggles collaborations.

Customer registration and paid subscriptions are closed. The exchange rules below are preparation guidance; final commercial terms, eligibility, availability and fees must be published before accounts open.

Operator and contact

Haggles is operated by COLLAB FOR INFLUENCE MARKETING AND MEDIA, based in Lebanon. It is not yet a separate registered company. Contact care@collabhunts.com or use our request form.

Using the public preview

You may read about Haggles and send legitimate questions and requests. Provide information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, send spam, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive requests while retaining appropriate records to address the issue.

No public page promises a collaboration, income, sales, followers or creator acceptance. Illustrative examples are not live offers. Haggles is an independent implementation and is not affiliated with Barter.

Community safety

Do not upload or send sexual content, threats, harassment, hateful content, scams, spam, illegal goods or services, material exploiting children, impersonation, or material that infringes someone’s rights. Brands and creators must respect each other and report unsafe behavior. Reports and blocking controls are available on offers and conversations. Haggles may remove content or restrict accounts after review. Contact care@collabhunts.com for safety concerns.

What each side agrees to

Before a collaboration starts, agree on the exact goods or service, quantity/value, delivery or visit arrangements, expenses, content format and quantity, deadline, posting requirements and revision expectations. Keep the agreement and later changes in writing in the collaboration.

Do not start work or supply additional services based on unclear assumptions. Ask for clarification first.

Content ownership and permission

Providing a product or service does not by itself transfer copyright or grant unlimited content rights. The creator and brand must record any agreed licence, including the channels, duration, territories, edits, attribution and whether paid advertising is permitted. Permission to post on a creator’s account, use their likeness or run advertising through their account must be agreed separately where relevant.

Both sides are responsible for having the rights to materials they supply and for applicable advertising disclosures. Haggles does not promise that accepting an application alone creates all permissions needed for every use.

Changes, cancellations and disputes

Agree on cancellation, missed appointments, return of goods, extra revisions and non-delivery before starting. If a problem occurs, raise it promptly in the collaboration and keep relevant records. You can contact the Haggles team for assistance. The preview does not offer escrow, insurance, guaranteed compensation or binding dispute adjudication.

Fees and availability

Any platform fees, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be clearly presented before purchase. No payment is collected through the public preview. Planned global reach does not mean every location, category or person will be eligible at launch.

Service limits and applicable rights

The preview may change or become temporarily unavailable as development continues. These notes do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commercial liability, jurisdiction, dispute and eligibility terms require final review before customer use.
